The volunteer Board of Directors holds governing authority and operates through established by-laws. Board members are of diverse backgrounds with expertise in business, finance, education and other fields.

• Mr. Gesner Dulcio is the Chairperson. Mr. Dulcio is a native of Haiti, and a graduate from the Atlantic Technical Center where he studied Computer Science. Mr. Dulcio is the current owner of G&M Financial and Tax Services and the Brandon’s USPS Contract Unit.
• Dr. Ricardo Gauthier is the, Vice-Chairperson. Dr. Gauthier completed his undergraduate training and earned his Doctorate of Audiology at the University of Florida. He completed his residency at the VA Medical Center in Bay Pines. Dr. Gauthier’s field of interests includes hearing assessment, digital hearing aid technology and vestibular diagnostics. His professional affiliations include the American Academy of Audiology and the Florida Academy of Audiology. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Murdock Rotary Club, where for over 10 years he has been involved in improving the quality of life of hearing impaired children in Haiti.
• Ms. Marie Junie Guerrier is the treasurer. She has been in the health field for many years. She works for one the major healthcare provider in the area. She has a true passion for helping others.
• Miss Maya Dulcio is our secretary. She is a student who wants to help others and who has given of her time volunteering for the position and wants to make a difference in the world.
